Hi, I’m Carol, an award-winning cake designer based in the beautiful village of Stilton, just outside Peterborough. I love creating bespoke wedding and celebration cakes that not only look stunning but taste delicious too.
My work has been featured in international cake magazines, including Cake Masters, Wedding Cakes and Sugar Flowers, and American Cake Decorating, and I’ve been fortunate to receive several awards for my cake designs over the years.
When I’m not making cakes, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, Shane, and our furry friend, Bailey the dog.

Sampling Carol's cakes was without a doubt my now Husband's favourite part of wedding planning! Carol was amazing!! She made our cake exactly how we wanted it and eveyone commented on how incredible it looked. I loved the build up to our wedding and doing cake tasting it was such a lovely personal touch. As for the wedding cake flavours, our guests loved it!!!
